ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY PROCESS
After your bank approval is received through our secure payment infrastructure, the jewelry you have selected will be carefully packaged and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Depending on the distance of your delivery address, our contracted premium cargo partners will deliver your order to your door within 2 to 3 business days with INZA Pırlanta assurance. All works you choose are under 100% INZA Pırlanta guarantee and insurance throughout the transportation process.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION AND PERSONALIZED DESIGNS
The delivery times for our specially produced or personalized designs vary according to the craftsmanship processes of our workshop. The manufacturing and delivery to cargo times for these unique pieces are detailed on the relevant product pages, as per our principle of transparency.

COMMUNICATION UPDATES AND HOLIDAYS
In the event of a possible and exceptional delay in operational processes caused by us, you will be contacted promptly via your membership information registered in our system. Therefore, for a flawless experience, it is very important that your contact information is complete and accurate during the order. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays and national holidays due to the suspension of cargo company operations.

STOCK MANAGEMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to you instantly. www.inzapirlanta.com is a dynamic platform that offers shopping opportunities to multiple guests at the same time. Due to simultaneous purchases, it is rarely possible for a rare design you purchased to run out of stock within seconds.

If the item you paid for is out of stock, a re-production/supply period of at least 4 and at most 30 days will be initiated for the product, and you will be immediately notified by e-mail of the date the product will first come into stock. If your jewelry cannot be delivered within these specified legal periods, your payment will be refunded to you without any deduction.
