ORDER & DELIVERY
Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 business days after quality control processes are completed.
Absolutely. Your order is fully insured under INZA's guarantee until it arrives at your door and is personally delivered to you by the courier using an SMS code specifically sent to you. Furthermore, our shipping service is free throughout Turkey.
All your purchases made through our website are protected by state-of-the-art encryption protocols and a 256-Bit SSL security certificate. Your credit card information is never stored on our systems.
WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
All our designs bearing the INZA signature are covered by a lifetime warranty, in line with our philosophy of perfect craftsmanship that will last for generations.
If your jewelry undergoes maintenance, repair, or resizing by an institution or person other than INZA workshops, or if the product is intentionally subjected to physical deformation, the product will be excluded from the lifetime warranty.
We offer professional cleaning and maintenance services at the İNZA workshops to restore the diminishing sparkle of your diamonds over time. Please contact our customer representatives for detailed information.
