All works you choose are under 100% INZA Pırlanta guarantee and insurance throughout the transportation process.

If the item you paid for is out of stock, a re-production/supply period of at least 4 and at most 30 days will be initiated for the product, and you will be immediately notified by e-mail of the date the product will first come into stock. If your jewelry cannot be delivered within these specified legal periods, your payment will be refunded to you without any deduction.
